Cloak of Sidhe transformed by the ancient rites of the faerys - [ Resists Bond & Sleep ]
This cloak can be found in a green memory stone in the Faery Realm. The stone can be found in the area directly right of the first folks you encounter. To break the green memory stone you will need a wind folk such as Boobrie.
