Event Items
From Folklore Wiki
These items (also known as Mementos) are used to progress the Storyline and cannot be found in a location until the story actively requests you to find them. You can only use these event items when the story needs you to use them and not before or after. They open realms when offered at the alter in the Henge and also provide clues that help resolve the unfolding mystery central to the plot.
