A Folklore is created from traumatic memories and is the guardian of a realm. It tries to prevent anyone leaving the realm for another. If a Folklore's Id is absorbed, it will release the traumatic memory, allowing you to experience it first-hand. Unlike normal Folks, the Folklore cannot be used to fight with after the battle. The area will become physically blocked off by a purple barrier so you will not be able to return to the area either.
Altogether, there are six Folklore to beat in the storyline.
