Fomoire

The Fomoire are descendants of the giants who flourished long ago, but they don't care. Their environment may be harsh, but they take it in their stride.
This folk is available with Ellen and Keats and can be acquired from the HellRealm.

Attack Type

For Ellen: Mid-range, Destroy element. Charges in a straight line, mowing down enemies. Release karma to boost attack power.

For Keats: Short-range, Destroy element combo attacks. Press button rapidly for powerful combo attacks. Release karma to raise maximum number of attacks.

Karma Release

For Ellen:

1. Defeat 1 Fomoire - Attack Power increased
2. Defeat 3 Gladiolus - Attack Power increased

For Keats:

1. Absorb 1 Fomoire Ids - Consecutive Use + 1
2. Defeat 30 Folks - Consecutive Use + 1
3. Defeat 1 Fomoire - Attack Power increased
4. Defeat 1 Gargantua - Attack Power increased

Recommended Strategy

Fomoire has very powerful wide range attacks and can be very difficult to fight in close quarters. It also has one longer ranged attack called ground pull where it will throw a ball of rocks. After a while, Fomoire will call in either Ulbyr & Ulghter (Bond & Water) with Ellen or Ulhgik & Urisk (Ice & Fire) with Keats.
Use a long range folk to attack with such as Bullseye to avoid most of Fomoire's attacks. Either dodge or guard the ball of rocks with a folk such as Patriot and if the other folks are called in, defeat them first. If other folks are not defeated before Fomoire, it will be impossible to absorb the red Id.
