The Hawk are minor guerrillas who want to foil their superiors even more than the enemy. They come up with plans, but are to timid to carry them out.
This folk is available with Ellen and Keats and can be acquired from Warcadia.

Recommended Strategy
Avoid being caught in the middle of several charging Hawks, and attack with a wide-range folk such as Bargest. Ellen's status effects will work against Hawk so using a folk like Ga-boi with a wide-range and thunder element attack would be beneficial.
When using Keats, good Folks to use include Bargest, Andraste, Treant/Daru, and (once available) Degasser/Volcano.
