Exterminate Malabaricus.
This quest is unlocked in Chapter 3 of the Storyline. It is available to Ellen during the night by speaking with Ganconer.

Once you have accepted the quest, you will taken to the Undersea City, and will start next to the glowing flower. Follow the path around until you reach the entrance to the Swamp; enter the Swamp. Head north, three times in a row.
When you enter the room there will be three Peg Powlers. Make sure they see you, we want the music to change. DO NOT ATTACK THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE TRYING TO ATTACK YOU. You must wait for the Malabaricus to show up before attacking the Peg Powlers! If you attack them before, the one you want won't show.
